I signed up and bid on a I-Pod 2GB shuffle. Won the bid and submitted payment. I then cancelled membership (which they charged me $39.95 cancelation fee) I have been waiting the 2-3 week deivery period and hadn't received the product. I recently e-mailed them and also went to their "live Chat" site to get more infomation. The told me because I cancelled I would not eceive my"FREE" gift. I assured them That I had bid and "paid" the bid price plus shipping and handling, and basically got a run around
