Ordered free products beginning of January. Paid £5.90 for P and P. Cancelled agreement within 12 days. Gobsmacked when £300 had been taken from my account. Just been on phone to 0808 1787320 and had a hard battle to agree to FULL refund. Will be in my account within 10 days. Fingers crossed. Also asked bank if I need to change my account. Not necessary but if refund doesn't arrive they will start proceedings to retrieve money. Just noticed on here someone was stung last week. Surely - can't something be done to get this company from advertising like they do?
