I ordered a sample of the cream and serum early in December for £0.97 each. They arrived and when i opened them the cream smelt to me like Aqueous cream which is a cheap skin cream and the base of most moisturisers. I put it to one side and forgot about it. I logged into my bank account this morning to find that three unauthorised amounts had come out: £75.95 on 5/12, £79.99 on 21/12 and £74.95 on 05/01. I was fuming. Called my bank (Santander) who claimed that there was no way they could stop it coming out other than close the account down! I finally got through to the company on 0808 168 3684 after trying for 2 half hour stints. They tried to fob me off with 50% refund which I refused. I demanded all my money back by threatening the police. They have asked me to send back the samples (which they are more than welcome to) and the amount will be in my bank account within 7-10 working days. They promised to send me an email confirming (still nothing) so I will have to wait and see if I get my money returned. If you are trying to get money back, keep on calling as someone will eventually answer. Demand a full refund as you are perfectly entitled to it and make sure that they close your 'account' with them otherwise they will keep on taking money. Such a disgusting scam!!
