I paid www.iphone-unlockme.com $21.64 on 12/02. Their website says that the iPhone 4 with iOS 4.3.5 can be unlocked in 10-15 days by having them process the phone's IMEI and syncing with iTunes. And still waiting no email response. False advertising!!
