It says no-questions asked money-back guarantee, so I felt secure. It also says the same in their site.

But when I was inside the members area and began the step 1 of their "unlocking service", this is the message I got:

"Your IMEI was Sent for processing. We are currently working on Your IMEI, it will take from 10-15 days for ios 5 and other and 25 days for new ios 5.1.1 depending on availability."

This is what really pissed me off because they said in their website that in just less than 10 minutes, your iPhone will be unlocked!

Then added to my frustration was this line in their email to me:

"All sales are final once You have access to member section"

WTF??? So I will have to wait for more than 25 days before I get their service when I paid for it because I wanted a quick solution and they promised it?
