I went into a site that was advertised on google to search for a particular dress by Alice Temperley a site with the web adress www.annasuidress.com came up with this dress. I checked out the site and found the item selected my size and continued to browse the site to see what else they offered while also getting familiar with the site. I purchased it for $341.50. I printed out the conformation that came soon after. This conformation is what prompted me to take another look. I already logged out so I went back to google to find the website but could not locate it for more than a half hour even though i put in all the same infomation that I did the first time when i found the site. I finally found it somehow. While doing that I went into this site usacomplaints.com just to see if a report was filed regarding them before. Sure enough I found one dated 2/11 or 2/12 from a customer who purchased something and never heard from them again or received the item. I knew i was scammed from this moment. I have contacted my bank and there is nothing they can do. I also found out from the bank that insead of 341.50 which is the price of the item with shipping and handling they charged 356.44. The bank states that amount is on hold for a company called WANGWANGFIRM and that i have to wait 24 to 48 hours because the amount is on hold for them. After it is taken out they have to do their own investigation to see if my claim is true. It can take 90 days. I tried contacting them with the information they have on the site molouhudong@foxmail.com and biztoyou@foxmail.com but no reply.
