On the web site www.bcbg.com has been placed an order. For the payment proceed opened another site fashionpay.com for further transaction. The charge from my CC has been made immidiately as payment to XINGLONGFA CO., LTD., but after 2 days I did not receive any confirm regarding a promised tracking number and etc. I have not received any reply from biztoyou@foxmail.com
molouhudong@foxmail.com, mentioned as contact on BCBGSHOP.com,
except an e-mail about my order and transaction received from system-noreply2@fashionpay.net
WTF is going on? What we should do for returning money back?
