I signed up for the trial which says risk free for 30 days. I got the shipment on 1/24 and then by 2/6 i was charged 4 charges totaling 174.96. I called them and offered to return their creams and they declined. I asked for them to cancel the membership and they said they would however it would take 30 days to credit the money back. I contacted my credit card to let them know i did not receive any additional products other than the trial creams. I was told that they could not be returned as they have been opened. How else can you try a product unless you open and use it. Hope to get my money back from the credit card. As they continue to charge every day for products they have not sent.
