The company advertises steam cleaning of 5 rooms for $99, but immediately tried to sell me various "pretreatments" for an additional $325!! When I declined these pretreatments and asked for the advertised $99 special, they refused to perform the service.
It was a blatant attempt at bait and switch by this company and a downright scam.
