Poor Service

All day appointment are ridiculous and unreasonable especially when a courtesy call back number is left and it dosent get used. It is hard to for a person who works day shift to have to take off their job for an all day appointment. Every other company I have dealt with has offered me a 3 or 4 hour time frame in which service will be rendered. I guess Alagasco feels like they can run over customers since there is no other option for gas service it is unfair and needs to be changed. I feel unjustly compensated for the amount I have to pay for service and fees and your company is so unreasonable. Not everyone has the option of being able to take off work for an all day appointment. Alagasco is unfair and need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau! This incident happened on 2/8.
