I placed an order for picture pages and books July. After
a month called and was told there was a fire in the warehouse and they would be mailed as soon as possible. Month or two passes, never received anything so called again, now was told they were
moving to another site, some song and dance about they weren't all set up yet.in Jan called and cancelled order and said they would credit my credit card. Never happened! Spoke with many very rude and unprofessional people. Always had an excuse as - next week, will send a check, someone will call etc Got Nothing
