ERA property movers agent Cesar Lozano convinced my husband that Wyndham was buying timeshares and offered to buy our timeshare and we indicated that we were interested. This was sent to escrow company called Platinum Capital (Michael Blake and Derek Bollman) who arranged the selling and buying.in order to do this we had to send a transfer fee of about $8000 to the Mexican gov't (a bank in Guadalahara) which they said we would get back. Next comes a request for more money - closing costs - $3600 which was not in the original contract. Anyways at this point we realize that this was a big mistake and it was fraud and we have been scammed. Don't know what to do at this point - will notify all authorities.
So - other people beware of these guys.
