ON the 20 th of November i purchased a 32Gb micro sd card. It arrived in good time but turned out to be defective. I looked at the website and it gave a return address for defects and i sent it by post. Some weeks past and nothing happened so i sent an email from the site i was told the replacement was in the post and would arrive soon. Nothing happened. I send 3 other emails and some 4 weeks later i was told it would be coming soon. It has now been more than long enough the phone number goes to voicemail and frankly its a scam.
