I ordered a total of $19.95 from Worldwide Supplements December 15. On December 16 they tried to take $70 from my credit card but it exceeded the limit - them immediately they took $35 - I immediately went to my bank and cancelled the card. I wrote to them December 16, no reply. I wrote December 23 - they replied December 29 saying it was sent. I wrote again January 19 saying I did not receive my order. They wrote back saying it is awaiting pick up at my local post office. I went there and there was nothing - which I wrote to them, and I wrote again January 30, I wrote again today. Nothing.
Since they said it was sent priority air mail, how can they track it saying it was awaiting pick up?
7 weeks and I received nothing and their "secure credit card" basket is a joke and is not secure at all - just a way to get your credit card info.
