Yesterday 89 yr. Old mother got one saying she'd won the 2 million but she has been receiving sweepstakes letters similar to this everyday! Last year she ordered 1000.00 in junk - a little at a time - mostly from Pubishers Clearing House as the letters state she must buy something in order to stay in the running - while in another place on the same letter it says you don't have to BUY anything! How contradictory can it be? And it has been drawn out for over a year now because they first said the drawing was going to be one time and then changed it twice. She is not stupid - she is just trying to find a way to stay in her home and not end up in a state run nursing home and anything that promises a chance gives her hope. False hope.
How can this be legal?
