Sent instant transfer to St. Petersburg, FL from Ft. Lauderdale, FL for $125.00 $25.00 fee total. WU would NOT CONFIRM XFER due to 'phone number verification', DESPITE my having made a successful transfer with 3 days of this attempted transaction, but STILL REMOVED THE ENTIRE FUNDS from my bank account in LESS than 12 hours! This money was for my brother who'd JUST walked out of the hospital with $0, and needed to pay his bill and for his prescriptions. I will be following up with the FBI's internet fraud center.
Western Union IS A CENTER OF FRAUD AND THIEVERY!
NEVER USE THEM unless you want to be tied-up in a DAYS-LONG BATTLE with people who do not speak English, hang-up on you when you ask questions, and are overall combative, ignorant, and RUDE.
