Called on their phone transfer line to send money to relative that is currently living out of country and had been robbed so that said relative could take care of financial needs to include food. Western Union went through the entire process and even called on my visa card to take money out of my account.
My bank accepted the transaction and wired funds to Western Union and then this company had the gall to deny transferring the funds given them to my relative.in doing so, they have denied me to the opportunity to send my funds through another route, because these were limited funds in my account.
The worst part about the whole thing is that in their message about transferring funds they not only mention that it will not involve my account until they have accepted the transaction, but they also spend plenty of time talking about fraud of others when this in itself is fraudulant business dealings. Their only appeasement they are willing to give was for ME to call back my bank and request they clear up the issue so that I can hopefully send the needed money some other way to my relative.
