I WON a phone within the first 2 minutes of browsing paid for the phone via credit card, after emailing and finding out about membership fees etc I said I wanted to cancel the purchase. Then 10 days later $119.00 x 2 came out of my account without my authority, upon telling them i want my money back they now want to charge me a $54 cancellation fee with the money they illegally took in the first place. I want all my money back.
