I signed up to ziinga website and won 250 bid package paid for it with my credit card, that went through all fine. With the 250 bid i won i used them to buy a ps3 game. Paid for the ps3 game and have never received it. A week later i noticed that my bank account was negative looked at the transactions and ziinga had taked $119 out without my permission. I talked to them on live chat on there website they said the bid package i won included a platinum membership which costs $119 a month. I ask to cancel my account with them, they said i need to pay 54 dollars to cancel. I paid the $54 to cancel the money was withdrawn from my account but they are saying that there was a error with the transaction and they have not received the $54. Even tho they have sent me a receipt saying that the cancellation fee has been paid. Im stuck and dont no what else to do i have cancled my credit card but some how that can still take money out.
