I applied weeks before to become a mystery shopper. They sent a letter that said my first week's pay was enclosed and I had two assignments to do. First wire money to someone in Spain to ensure that Western Union was doing it's job. Then to buy from a department store and evaluate the customer service. It said I could keep whatever I bought. To start I simply deposit my check and when it cleared, wire the money. Cleared doesn't actually mean cleared. I get that now.
