I attempted to order what I was lead to believe was an anti-virus pack. When I realized that was developing any real results I immediately wrote several letters to this company. I checked my invoice from my credit card and got the web address, since writing them via e-mail provided when you went to the website no response. I told them I want my money back but are ignoring me. What do I need to do get a response from these people?
