I was contacted by them and they told me they would be able to rent out my timeshare (numerous weeks) - I paid a one time marketing fee. There was a contract that said if I got it rented out myself that I would receive a full refund. Before signing up with them I researched the internet and couldn't find anything negative so I am thinking now that they probably had it "scrubbed". I spoke to them (owner services) in December and they told me that I would hear from them in January with an offer. I am now unable to reach them by phone or email. Emails get kicked back and phone calls go to voice mail or error message. I feel sick as I have been scammed.
