Con man - does not pay for product purchased - do not sell or buy from this guy

Do not sell or purchase goods from Toby Sales or Howard Gugig. He is a Con Man who is out to steal your money. He purchased a truckload of product from me a couple of years ago and sent me a check which promptly bounce. After multiple calls and promises from him that he would pay, guess what - he didn't. I had to get the Wake County DA's office involved and they tried to collect from him to no avail. I then got my county DA in Oklahoma involved and he paid a token 4 grand and change on a 17,000.00 and change invoice apparently to buy some time. Over a year has passed now and he has gone into hiding. He has a warrant out for his arrest in Oklahoma for fraud and if anyone can tell me where he is I would appreciate the help. I also would like quotes from legitimate PI/Bounty Men on what it would cost to bring this guy to Oklahoma for prosecution. You can see the criminal felony filing here -
