This person rented a room to my husband and I and while we were looking for an apartment we paid an additional 2 weeks rent since we paid biweekly and she wrongfully evicted us and rented the room out

My husband and I rented a room from Trina Bohana in Perris CA for approxomately 3 months. When we owed her rent on the 1st of february, she came up to us 5 days prior and asked us for money. So we gave it to her which paid us up till February 15th. 3 days after that on Saturday January 28th she came up to us and said we had to get out cause she rented out the room we were renting to someone else. She took our deposit and ripped us off rent. During that time she did this to 5 other residents 1 of them who was living in the trailer outside which isn't up to living standards. Every morning she beats her dogs with a belt and now is fostering 2 children without doing fingerprints on the residents who reside there. They beat the 6 dogs and also have tried setting one of the puppies on fire. There are no locks on the doors or bathroom door except for the front door. She does not give a key to residents who lives there and will lock you out. She allowed her pets to come into my room which enabled me to have to get rid of a cat because she allowed hers to fight with mine and cause mine to have a very fearful and bad attitude.
