Non Payment of Rent

This individual has an excuse for everything that has ever happened to her and a promise that she will do better. She rented a room in a townhome that I own, fortunately I only allowed a two month lease. Her first check was written on a closed account - DO NOT TAKE CHECKS FROM HER - She finally paid the first months rent 3 weeks late, never did pay the deposit, the 2nd months rent, her 1/2 of the utilities or cable.

According to the "good" room mate at the house also drank all the alcohol in the house, twice.

She moved her son into the townhouse shortly after moving in. Had to tell her that was not allowed.

Had to evict her, she refuses to return mailbox keys or house keys so had the additional expense of changing locks, and getting the post office to change locks.
