I purchased a gold bracelet in febuary which did arrive. However within 3 days it was an obvious badly gold plated job with not even silver underneath. I complained straight away and was reasured by the company it would be replaced. I sent photos and still have them. I have well over 40 emails between us with me constantly asking for the bracelet or money back as they guarantee. What is worse is that now there is no response.
