Telephone call came in and my elderly mother answered the phone, they where only on the phone briefly, and i asked her, "who was that" she said it was some credit card company asking questions, well the nextday 99.00 was taking out of her account but under my name which is crazy because im not even on her account, when they got the 99.00 out of my mothers bank account they put her into overdraft incurring another 34.00 fee, i have tried, and tried to get in touch with people and no answer never, please help get this money back she is on a very low fixed income as it is. Thank you very much
