I signed-up for a $1.99 trial promotion. When I looked at my credit card records a week later, I noticed that a much larger amount was deducted. When I inquired, I was told the 72 hour trial has expired, so a full membership was automatically charged according to the terms of agreement that I supposedly agreed to.

They charged my card $74.95 and after repeated pleas to refund at least part of that amount, they refuse to budge.

And what's worse is that I don't even know what software it is that this trial run or service is associated with, or how to even use the service.
