I sent my $1,000 watch back to this company for repair. They overestimated my repairs, so I asked them to send my watch back. They refused. I told them I would obtain legal advise and the so called owner Adam Carpentieri replies "I'm shaking in my boots". I have made 13 requests to send my watch back without it being done.
