I recently recieved my bill from my Phone Service Provider and found a 3rd party charge on it, (Mobile Customer Care [info.ca@customercaremobile.com]) so I called the number provided to find out what it was for, They informed me that it was a contest that I entered by answering a text question. I informed them that I did not give them my number to send me text or answer any questions, and if they could send me proof of the transaction. After many excuses I am still waiting for a refund that I don't think I will ever see. Check your invoices because there is nothing your service provider can do, they have to collect your money and pay these 3rd party thieves.
