Ripoff, blackmail, dishonest dealing

I opened the account with them on June 2nd.
I made successfully 2 purchases: one on 06/02 and another one on 06/08. However, for my next 2 purchases, 06/09 and 06/10 I was taken for.

Money were withdrawn from my credit card account on June 10th., but the company refuses to ship these items unless I send them the COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD and the COPY OF MY DRIVING LICENCE. I consider that as an absolute invasion of my privacy and the corporate blackmail. All my subsequent emails to the company remain unanswered.

The result is: Buy.com took $332 from my personal credit card account and does not ship ordered goods unless I reveal more personal data to them.
If that is not a blackmail then what is that???

I am looking now for the lawyer willing to start ligitation against the company.
