Well. I see I am not the only one.

In Oct I purchased a set of cds on selling real estate on Ebay. When I finally got them the information was so bogus I called numerous times for a refund. They never called back. Same things with emails. I contacted 2click co who I made the payment through and finally got a abusive response from Adam Ginsberg consultants.

They would not honor their own written warranty. I complained to the BBB, who could not get them to respond as well. I also complained to the state attorney general and the FTC.

I contacted my credit card company for assistance and they put a hold on the payment and told me to send the items back. After two months of investigations and deragotory emails from adam, my credit card company credited the amount back to me.

To this day feb adam and his customer nonservice still claim that I ripped them off and they did not offer any guarantee despite me having it in writing that they did. As icing on the cake I wrote a poor review of his book on amazon and adam sent me a email trying to blackmail me into changing my review. So buyer beware, save your money.
