Inc. Billed me for service I never used and never heard of! Rip-off!

A few days ago I got a bill from this company for a service that I never heard of. When I tried to call them I noticed that they have no phone number to reach them. All they have is a website where you can email them and wait for them to get back in touch with you.

This company states that they are a collections agency for USBI. This company stated that i made a call to United Kingdom threw my computer threw my phone line. The best part about the whole thing is then they tell me that it is for an adult web cam site.

First off, i dont have a web cam so why would i need to go to a web cam site. Plus my web connection isnt even threw my phone line! I use powerlink threw the cabel company and the powerlink isnt even in my name, and the best thing about this is when this "call" was made i wasnt even at home on that day.

So they are telling me that somebody broke into my house and used my computer at 12:15 am to get onto a adult web cam site, never took anything from my house not money, TV's, DVD's, nothing! They just used my computer and left without breaking the door or one window and now they are telling me that i have to pay this or there putting me in the Credit Bureau.
