Rip-off! They billed for fraudulent charges!

I was charged $84 for a call to a website in the United Kingdom that I did not make! National One Telecom insisted that I had to have downloaded software to have them charge me. I did no such thing! Somehow an automatic dialer was installed on my computer without my knowledge or permission.

When I contacted National One they stated that if I did not pay they would report me to the credit companies and ruin my credit. I had asked them how to remove their software and which site it was that I had supposedly accessed. They ignored that part of my email all together. When I tried to email them again (mind you, this is only the second time I tried to contact them) I got an error message saying that I had reached my contact quota with them for the month. One email is the limit?!?

I ended up doing a clean install of my operating system to remove the software. I called USBI to discuss the bill they billed on my home phone and spoke to operator #4092. She was very helpful and understanding. She credited my phone for the charges her company made. Is there anyway I can get my $84 dollars back?
