Ripoff

I received a bill from National One Telecom for $36.00 for a long distance call that was apparently made from a computer on 5-16-04. This call was made to the United Kingdom 4420733584.

This is a fradulant charge. This website was never accessed from my computer. The bill itself does not even have a phone number on it that I can contact and actually find out more information about the bill.

I will not pay this bill due to it being fradulant.

Please advise us on what our rights are.
