Going to extreme, the trading post and ron scnell rip-offs! Ron didn't pay his rent for three months

Ron schnell signed a five year lease, wanted extension for another 5 years andoption to buy, did not pay rent for three months, never appeared in court. Was evicted by the court, stole electricity from land lord while electric company (orange and rockland) turned off his power for non payment.

He then moved his stuff at nights out of the building into storage in chester on route 17 m storage and attempted to sublet the store to start up somewhere else with income from the store.

Ron is a problem with the law arrested several times in the past and is known for his troubles with the monroe police department, and was a former tennant of mrs ross from ros lumber. He was a problem there also. Everyone in monroe knows him as a slime.
