Monroe County Freind Of The Court Why Didn't The Court Ever Listen

I am writing this because i have been reading all the other reports. My story is a little different.
In 1983 i had a daughter, (At least it could be). But she was messing around with others including my youngest brother. Any ways i took responsablity for this child.
I rasied her until she was one year old, then the mother took off to califonia with her while i was at work. I reported this and Monroe County acted like they had no concern.

Myself and my Mother have sent gifts, cards, and alot of other stuff on evry holiday and birthday that she had. Everything was returned to us not opened just returned, told the court that also.

This lady was always taken care of, never abused, she was treated like gold. And the baby was a gem to me. I have requested the court for visitation rights with no results. They have contiuned to charge me child support to the year she turned 18. Which i still owe.

I have never seen this child since the day she left with her. Now i do not have a drivers lisence and afraid of being arrested all the time. I do not think this is fair or just, with no contact and have never been allowed to be in this childs life how can this even be legal of them to still be after me and taking away everything that they can from me. I have never been arrested for anything but this matter.

I have a life with a step daughter that i have rasied without any help from her father, and a son, So i am at a lost, we are not rich.

And last year they dragged me all the way down there to face the judge once again, i have no where too turn and this is so unfair of our justice system that i can not even belive it. It's all about money all the time what ever happened to the fairness and justice in the American Courts.
