Ordered the product off the Internet as a trial for 2.95 each... Has received a further one of each items Monday and on checking my bank statement today. I have been charged 154.94 for these items to which I never ordered. Contact telephone number on delivery sheet is a foreign number but they do speak English! After a lengthy telephone conversation I have managed to get the account closed and a refund of 50% back. Did try for full refund but they have you over a barrel as it does say in the terms and conditions that you have to telephone before the trial period is up to cancel the products. Oh well Lesson learnt by me and suppose I got half of the money back and get to keep the products to which to be honest have helped my skin tremendously...
