Miscellaneous

In December I ordered a free trial of 3 Perfect Radiance Products and thought my only outlay was postage which I paid. The products were delivered and I put them on one side for use on a forthcoming holiday starting 1 January. Unfortunately I did not like the products and discarded them after 2 weeks.

When I returned from holiday at the end of January I found that I had been charged $324 on my credit card - Tesco Clubcard - (dated 2 Jan, 6 Jan, 9 Jan). I contacted Perfect Radiance by both phone and email on 31 Jan and discover that by accepting the trial I had committed to a contract for monthly supplies. When I checked their website the Terms and Conditions were right at the bottom in very small print. I did not see mention of this on the form I completed and emailed for the free trial. Perfect Radiance agreed to cancel my order on 1 February. January’s 3 products were delivered and I thought that was the end of this unfortunate and expensive incident.

However, when I checked my recent credit card statement, I saw that I had been changed for another lot of products within the same calendar month (27 Jan, 27 Jan, 31 Jan). I have emailed Perfect Radiance today and have received an automated reply. As yet I have not received another lot of products.

Please help, I cannot afford to pay for these products, and I don’t even like them!
