I ordered a pair of UGG boots and they sent them but wrong size so I sent them back as directed to a Brooklyn processing center address and they never sent the new size. I sent them back with a signed receipt which was signed and recieved and they never sent the boots. The are using a site called www.ceilocollections.com now. I found the Shanghai-Yu-Zhi-Li-Trading-Co name on the mailing label. So no Christmas gift for me and I'm out $159.00. I am so angry.
