Sale price more than double the value of item

I too have been ripped off by Ponder Rosa Assembly by ordering through Sears.com's Marketplace. I purchased a $309 metal detector on sale for $99. The metal detector I received was not even close to the one I ordered. After seeing the information on Scam Informer and complaint, I found the same model metal detector on Harbor Freight web site for $39.99!

Beware if ordering through Sears.com if the vendor is Ponder Rosa Assembly as Sears.com refused to help me obtain a refund. Ponder Rossa Assembly refused to refund as the 7 day return policy had expired. The fine print advised to visit the Merchant Profile on Sears.com Product Detail Page to see the vendor's policies. However, I could not find any such profile on the website.
