Unauthorized charge for 29.95 on my statement

I called Scoresense to dispute a charge about an unauthorized payment on my bank statement and they told me they were going to refund. I called Scoresense a week later to check the status and they told me my request was denied but couldnt give me a reason or a phone number. I'd like to get my money back. I believe this company is a FRAUD.
