ScoreSense is a Huge Scam!

My husband and I were looking to payoff our debt so I went on-line in search of a credit reporting agency. I came across ScoreSense. I looked at my credit report and noticed a bill that I needed to dispute. I immediately tried to call ScoreSense and sat on hold for a long time and was disconnected. I called TransUnion directly and disputed the bill. When I tried to view alerts on my credit report an error message would pop up saying they were experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later.

After days of not being able to get a representitive on the phone and not being able to get help online, I tried to call ScoreSense MULTIPLE times to cancel my service and continued to wait on hold for sometimes over 30 minutes. After the 7 day free trail I was charged $29.99 on my bank card. When I called the last time I waited on hold for over a half hour yet again to try to cancel my service. When I spoke to a representative to cancel I was told that they had been experiencing extremely large call volume and they would send a request for a refund for my inconvience. Of course I never received the refund. ScoreSense is nothing but a scam! I am now disputing the charge with my bank! I paid $29.99 for nothing!
