I ordered the "Free Trial" and in the Terms and Conditions it reads, "if you contact us within 30 days of your 14 day free trial period you will receive a full refund." This is not what happened for me. They only refunded me 1/2 of the full amount and threatened that if I didn't agree to that I wouldn't receive any refund at all.
