On January 2, I wanted car report and they advertised that it is $2.95 for 3 day trail and $29.95 monthly after that.

I have signed up and clicked submit to get the report. It came up with an error saying that "Your account has been disabled, call customer service". I called customer service and explained about this and asked them to cancel my account. They told me that their system is down and asked me to call after an hour. I told them, it is not my problem, note down my information and close my account when the system comes up. If you do not want to cancel, I will call my credit card company and stop the payment.

After 2 days (01/04), they charged me $29.95 again. When I looked into the system I found this charge and called them and told them when I closed my account, how can they can $29.95. I told them to provide the service as stated on the site, I do not mind paying $29.95. Their site does not work and also they are charging money even after clsoing my account.
