I responded to a free trial offer, which required payment of post and packaging, of £4.65 each for two products, this order on January 1st. 2012 I never received the trial products so on January 21st. I telephoned customer services and was told that I had purchased two further products under terms and conditions, one at $124.00 and the other at $139.00. I have received no goods and they took a total of $252.30 out of my account when I only authorized two payments of $4.65. No goods received to date
