Beware, Poor Service, Your just a Number to them. One Lie after another. Stay Away

Metro Public Adjusters are one of the bigest mistakes i made in a long time.
The Licensed & Bonded Executive Vice President, Sold us on her companys ability to
go that extra mile for us.
After we sighned contract, I had some questions, to this day she has never returned my calls.
(four attemts).
The Licensed & Bonded Public Adjuster assigned to my case never sent us his report of claim, (even after many attemts on his voice mail).
The last kicker was, when I did contact him, he didn't know who I was, or know my address even was involved in a claim.
I then contacted the Head Of The Dept. Asked for a new Adjuster, He said he would assign a new adjuster to my case..
Guess what, no new adjuster, no cumunacation at all.
I'm DONE with this Company..
