During the day, evening, and night Walmart says on their national commercials that they will match any advertised item from any other company as long as it is the same item, however, the local Walmart's all differ in the way that they interpret what their corporate HQ tells them. For instance, some Walmart's will take ad's from other company's that are over thirty miles away and some will not match ads from company's that are less than ten miles away. Typical case of deceptive trade practices, which is a federal crime per the BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS and Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
