Ordered UGGS from this company, Dec 26. They sent a tracking URL with a tracking #. The URL is not valid & have emailed the support centre, they replied with the exact same info with the same invalid URL & coded the complaint as resolved. I have emailed the actual website & have never heard a reply. Thinking this is a fraudulent site? Beware!
