Miscellaneous

While on the internet on 6th Jan this invitation to trial Revivagenix popped up. It said it was a "Risk free trial". 30 days supply of product to trial for postage costs of £2.95. I am used to internet shopping but saw no clear message that by responding to this offer I was agreeing to a charge of £91.31 or what this charge was for.

Received sample on 13 Jan and found £91.31 had been taken from my card details 6 days later. Phoned my bank who said it is a scam. Sent emails on Total Bodywell's website requesting refund and cancellation of trial and my account immediately. This generated an automated email thanking me for my interest in their products!

I followed the procedure on their website for return and cancellation of my account. I also phoned the UK number and message said offices were closed despite website saying contact could be made 7 days a week between 6am and 6pm.

Total Bodywell's terms and conditions state "14 days to try product before being charged".
